中方帶著誠(chéng)意應(yīng)邀來到安克雷奇同美方進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話，并做好按雙方事先商定的程序和安排開展對(duì)話的準(zhǔn)備。但美方在先致開場(chǎng)白時(shí)嚴(yán)重超時(shí)，并對(duì)中國(guó)內(nèi)外政策無理攻擊指責(zé)，挑起爭(zhēng)端。這不是待客之道，也不符合外交禮儀，中方對(duì)此作出了嚴(yán)正回應(yīng)。

The Chinese side has responded solemnly to "unreasonable attacks" made by the US side at the beginning of the bilateral high-level strategic dialogue in Anchorage, Alaska, an official with the Chinese delegation said on Friday.

The Chinese side, in response to the US' invitation, traveled to Anchorage in sincerity to have a strategic dialogue with the US side, and China finished preparations for the dialogue in accordance with the procedures and arrangements that were agreed to by the two sides in advance, the unnamed official said.

The official pointed out when delivering its opening remarks, the US side went over time and made unreasonable attacks on China's domestic and foreign policies in an attempt to spur conflict.

This is not the way to treat guests, nor is it in line with diplomatic etiquette and protocols, and the Chinese side has made a solemn response to this, the official added.

楊潔篪在中美高層戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話開場(chǎng)白中闡明中方有關(guān)立場(chǎng)：我們希望這次對(duì)話是真誠(chéng)的、坦率的。

楊潔篪強(qiáng)調(diào)，中美都是大國(guó)，在抗擊疫情、實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)、應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化等方面有很多共同利益。希望美方改變零和博弈思維，放棄“長(zhǎng)臂管轄”等錯(cuò)誤做法，不要濫用國(guó)家安全概念干擾兩國(guó)正常貿(mào)易往來。中美兩國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)同亞太各國(guó)都發(fā)展良好關(guān)系，應(yīng)該有共同的朋友，這才是21世紀(jì)的處世之道。臺(tái)灣、香港、新疆都是中國(guó)領(lǐng)土不可分割的部分，中方堅(jiān)決反對(duì)美方干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政行徑，并將繼續(xù)作出堅(jiān)定回應(yīng)。美國(guó)沒有資格居高臨下同中國(guó)說話，中國(guó)人不吃這一套。與中國(guó)打交道，就要在相互尊重的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行。歷史會(huì)證明，對(duì)中國(guó)采取卡脖子的辦法，最后受損的是自己。

The United States should not be "condescending" in its tone when speaking to China as the Chinese people never buy it, senior diplomat Yang Jiechi said.

Mutual respect is always a basis for dealing with China, Yang, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and director of the Office of the CPC Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, said on Thursday at the bilateral high-level strategic dialogue in Anchorage, Alaska.

History will prove that any attempt to suppress and contain China will backfire in the end, Yang said.

▌王毅：中美關(guān)系遭遇前所未有的嚴(yán)重困難，不應(yīng)再繼續(xù)下去了

在美方發(fā)表開場(chǎng)白后，王毅表示，中方是應(yīng)美方邀請(qǐng)而來。安克雷奇位處中美兩國(guó)首都航線中間位置，是中美交往的“加油站”，也是中美兩國(guó)相向而行的“交匯點(diǎn)”。過去幾年，由于中國(guó)的正當(dāng)權(quán)益受到無理打壓，中美關(guān)系遭遇前所未有的嚴(yán)重困難。這種局面損害了兩國(guó)人民利益，損害了世界穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展，不應(yīng)再繼續(xù)下去了。中方過去、現(xiàn)在、將來都絕不會(huì)接受美國(guó)的無端指責(zé)，同時(shí)我們要求美方徹底放棄干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政的霸道行徑。美國(guó)的這個(gè)老毛病要改一改了！

王毅說，尤其要指出的是，3月17日，美國(guó)在香港問題上再次升級(jí)對(duì)中國(guó)的所謂制裁。這種粗暴干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政的做法激起中國(guó)人民強(qiáng)烈憤慨，我們當(dāng)然堅(jiān)決反對(duì)。美方在中方即將動(dòng)身赴美參加中美高層戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話前夕出臺(tái)這一舉措，這不是正常的待客之道。如果美方想以此增強(qiáng)所謂對(duì)華優(yōu)勢(shì)的話，那完全是打錯(cuò)了算盤，恰恰暴露了內(nèi)心的虛弱和無力。這種做法絲毫不會(huì)影響中方的正當(dāng)立場(chǎng)，也絲毫不會(huì)動(dòng)搖中國(guó)人民維護(hù)主權(quán)和尊嚴(yán)的堅(jiān)定意志。
